For those working with Covid-19

Covid-19 is nothing to play around with and medical health care professionals should be in charge especially when it comes to medication and treatment. While there are obvious risk groups, we as individuals cannot predict how we will react to the virus. That being written, we as energy workers can be very supportive to anyone who has been infected with the SARS-COV-2 virus (or any virus for that matter). I have found a number of settings to check to see if a person is infected at an energetic level and to what degree and global aspects of the body need to be optimal for the body to shake this thing off energetically.

Overall physical condition – needs to be 10/10
Innate immune system – needs to be 10/10
Adaptive immune system – needs to be 10/10
Viral load – needs to be 0/10
Viral infection – needs to be 0/10

With the few Covid-19 clients I’ve worked on so far, this list seems to have been very helpful in supporting their bodies in fighting off the virus. No guarantees can be made of whether this focus has actually been helpful or not but circumstantial evidence is encouraging. I hope this list of settings will be helpful to other practitioners.

Our Full Armor of PWPL affects how we work on others

The way we interact with the different energies in us and around us not only forms the foundation of our perceptions but also of our personal choices. Unless our relationship with both our inside energy and the energy around us is 100% happy and balanced or optimized to the point of pretty much being unaffected by outside influences, we will always be at the mercy and whim of someone else’s configuration. We have all the control we need to allow ourselves to be fully impenetrable or impervious to outside influences once we have full mastery of our inside energy. (Un)fortunately, this can also affect how our energy interacts with the energy of our clients if we are energy workers. If our own personal energy is not fully calmed, our issues can transfer to our clients’ energy, and we may be doing work that is not actually for them without realizing it, which is frustrating for all involved.

Gaining full mastery of our inner energy is always a challenge especially if we just look at ourselves without stepping 100% out of our way. It is important to disassociate ourselves as practitioners from ourselves as clients. Otherwise, we risk missing something due to our blind spots. The way I do this is to stroke a magnet over the governing meridian while intending that I get out of my way 100%. After this, I work on Cassandra rather than myself. I can ask Cassandra to do things that I can’t do like turn around so I can see the back of her field. This lets me work on Cassandra objectively and avoid blind spots.

Once I am working on Cassandra, the best thing to do is an overall analysis of her energy starting with the integrity of her energy type. This can be done using a 0-10 scale with 10 being 100% healthy and happy. If it is not a 10/10, there are several methods using the SCM to work on this. The easiest is using PWPL Reiki but if you don’t have this attunement, using the Basic SCM table is the best tool (http://thesoulcodemethod.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/BasicSoulCodeMethodTable-copyright2016-17Greer.png). First, start the session in prayer to PWPL/God to open the session properly for all involved. Then ask how many issues are involved so that interdependencies can be taken into account. The first round will be a set of steps off the table. After this is done, test the issues to see if they are all 10/10. If they are not, do the next round of steps off the table. Repeat this procedure until all issues are 10/10. When the session is done, pray to PWPL/God to properly close the session for all involved.

Internal energetic integrity is definitely the foundation to being firm enough to not only face the energy around us but also engage with it in a productive way. I call this the Full Armor of Pure White Perfect Light. It protects but at the same time allows us to let our own light out in a way that lifts people up rather than encroaching on their energy regardless of our energy type or theirs. It also allows us to be strong when we come into contact with strong energy that is normally too much for us.

We can configure our personal Full Armor of Pure White Perfect Light using the same tools that we used for working on the integrity of our inner energy. Again it is best to disassociate ourselves as practitioners from ourselves as clients.

Once I am working on Cassandra, the best thing to do is an overall analysis of the parameters of her Full Armor of PWPL in relation to her energy type. There are three areas to look at here: the Heart, the Soul and the Core. These can be checked using a 0-10 scale with 10 being 100% healthy and happy. If they are not a 10/10, it is a good idea to work on them as one group or unit so that interdependencies can be automatically addressed. There are several methods using the SCM to work on this. The easiest is using PWPL Reiki but if you don’t have this attunement, using the Basic SCM table is the best tool. First, start the session in prayer to PWPL/God to open the session properly for all involved. The first round will be a set of steps off the table. After this is done, test the issues to see if they are all 10/10. If they are not, do the next round of steps off the table. Repeat this procedure until all issues are 10/10. When the session is done, pray to PWPL/God to properly close the session for all involved.

When you are done working on you as the client or do not have any more capacity to change energetically for the moment, it is time to close the session in prayer.

Boundaries, Boundaries, Boundaries!

Whether in energy work or in regular life, boundaries between energetic beings are essential. Without boundaries and clear expectations, it is very hard for anyone to recognize their full accountability and potential. Unfortunately, boundaries are rarely tangible and obvious. Plus, few learn how to truly recognize their own boundaries in relation to themselves, their true roles in life and the outside world mainly because their parents and caregivers didn’t know how to do this either and therefore could not teach this optimally. On top of this, boundaries need to be able to let the good in and out and keep the unwanted from leaking anywhere.

Energetically, it is also not always obvious how to install boundaries effectively for a person if their energetic field configuration is not similar to yours. If you are an Emotional Dominant Energy Type without understanding the needs of the Mental Dominant, Spiritual Dominant or especially the Mixed Energy Type, your awareness will not be sufficient to help that person create proper and effective boundaries in every area necessary. Likewise, if you are truly convinced that there is only one way to install certain energetic boundaries, you will not understand why a person is still experiencing boundary issues despite your best efforts – and I have to mention, most issues have a boundary issue component. It is imperative that as a competent energy work practitioner, you give yourself the ability to properly invite Pure White Perfect Light (God) to assist you in the installation of _any_ boundaries so that they are done according to PWPL’s plan for that person. This can only be done in prayer with the appropriate intent. Let PWPL install the boundaries for yourself and anyone else. This will not only help you and everyone else avoid unnecessary grief and frustration but also help you better understand the person energetically facilitate finding the core causes of issues that previously were not available to be dealt with.

I invite all of you to allow the Soul Code Method to assist you in learning how to ask PWPL in all its forms to fully and absolutely install appropriate boundaries in yourself and as an energy worker so that you are more fully able to pray for this for your friends, family and clients.

Roles and Our Authentic Self

We all play different roles in our lives – daughter, son, sister, brother, mother, father, wife, husband, extended family member, friend, helper, healer, worker, employer, artist, musician, scientist, inventor, entrepreneur, philanthropist – the list goes on and on. We are not always totally prepared for each role and often have to learn how to slip into it. When we are our true authentic selves, our true roles in life are an extension of who we really are and we learn to be flexible with our energetic field to accommodate the needs of those roles. True roles in our lives and energy field always bring us forward due to the service to ourselves and to others we provide in those roles. They are truly a part of us, a part of our field and essence and our path and purpose in life. We should always be working on strengthening these roles and putting them out into the world to support others on their own paths. There is _always_ full and direct light available to these roles.

That being said, there are other roles we play in this life that do not bring us or anyone else forward. Some people have a tendency to create energetic configurations in their field that are essentially coping mechanisms because their true roles don’t know how to deal with certain situations. These configurations act a bit like masks and make it difficult for light from the outside to get into a person’s field properly and also keep a person from seeing the world properly when that role configuration is active. These types of roles include being the “victim” role, the “savior” role, the “wounded healer” role, the “nobody understands me” role, the “know-it-all” role, the “not worth being loved” role, the “I have to do it all myself” role, the “I am better than you are” role, the “invalid” role – the list goes on and on. Any role that does not bring you or another being forward and closer to pure white perfect light is not a true rule but a false one. The light is _always_ skewed by these roles.

False roles are not our roles even if we created them (usually out of desperation) or we accepted them unknowingly or they were forced on us through circumstance. We do not need to own them and we certainly do not need to create our identity around them. For many, it is hard to separate themselves but it is totally worth it! We are Children of God and God did not intend for us to live false roles but rather to magnify our true roles in our authentic selves!

What do we do about the false roles in our field? Most people are already working on resolving them using whatever means they have learned. However, some people have more complicated or complex fields than others, for example, the Mixed Energy Type but any energy type may have a problem with false roles depending on previous life experiences. The best way I have found so far is actually to not focus directly on the false roles but to strengthen the authentic self and its true roles. Any modality should be able to do this. Here are some examples:

To strengthen the authentic self and its roles with the Soul Code Method:

Use the SCM Basic Table:
SCM Basic Chart

Your intent is to perfectly strengthen your authentic self in all its roles.

Test how many steps from the chart you need. Look at the chart and determine the first step. Your intent here is to not ‘do’ the step but to ‘have it done’ by pure white perfect light. When the step has been done, you will be able to go to the next step. Please note: you do _not_need to know any more information about any step (e.g., who is involved, when, how, inherited, etc.). These steps are designed to be as non-triggering as possible. When all the steps are done, you can test how far the support of your authentic self has gotten and whether you need to do this process again and when the next best time is. This will help make you stronger than your false roles!

Using the Emotion Code and the Body Code:

Test on a scale of 1-10 how strong your authentic self is in its roles. If it is not 10, test for the steps on the Emotion Code chart or in the Body Code and work to get that number to 10.

Using EFT:

Test on a scale of 1-10 how strong your authentic self is in its roles. If it is not 10, do the following setup on the karate chop point and tap as many rounds as needed:

Even though my authentic self is not perfectly strong in its roles, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

Tapping on this topic, may bring up other issues that need to be tapped on before making continued progress.

Using Reiki on yourself:

Focus your hand positions on the chakras that you feel or intuit need it the most for strengthening your authentic self on all its roles. If you are a Reiki Master, I would definitely include the Master symbol.

If you have suggestions on how to do this for other modalities, please let me know and I will add them to the list!

The Value of Openness in Healing

Over the years of working with people and helping them progress past the point where they were, I’ve seen lots of interesting situations. The most interesting type has been doing everything ‘right’ for a person but seeing absolutely no change in them. I call this interesting because I love puzzles and these situations are true puzzles. This isn’t to say I have not been frustrated and disappointed and those clients either. But there is always a reason why someone does not change for the better even when they are consciously desperate to do so even at the point of death. It all has to do with openness. To change, we have to be open to it – in all ways necessary. Unfortunately, not everyone knows how to be absolutely open to change even when it is in their best interest and highest good.

The next question is, of course, if a person is not changing – how do they move to changing mode? Of the many ways, I want to focus on using the Soul Code Method to assist someone into change for the better mode. This also assumes the person has had a Heart Session at some level.

First, open a session properly through prayer. Then, ask your heart if you are absolutely open to change for the positive. If you get a ‘no’ or no answer, that pretty much means you are not absolutely open to positive change. To switch this, at least temporarily, put your hands on your heart and absolutely desire to want to change. Do this until your heart gives a ‘yes’ to your question of whether you absolutely open to change for the positive. If you want this to be a permanent state, give your heart to Pure White Perfect Light/God in prayer. This will let it be a part of your true absolute relationship with Pure White Perfect Light/God. After this, work on yourself and see if positive change occurs in your best interest and highest good.

If you do the exercise above and still cannot get a ‘yes’ from your heart about being absolutely open to change for the positive, it is possible that there are some inherited aspects to how your heart opens. If this is so, again pray to open a session properly and again this assumes you have had some level of Heart Session. Ask that all ancestors involved be present with their hearts. Ask all your ancestors to put their hands on their hearts and, along with you. absolutely desire to want to change for the positive. Those who have already passed on will most likely be especially appreciative of this. Once everyone gets a ‘yes’ to their desire to change positively, pray that all involved be helped to give their hearts to God. Once this is done, then ask your own heart if it is now absolutely open to change for the positive in your best interest and highest good.

If you have not had a Heart Session, you can still try this exercise on yourself. The results may take longer or require dealing with certain aspects of forgiveness that you hadn’t realized were there. Of course, it is totally worth it to deal with these aspects and get them resolved but it may not be the best point in time to do it.

If any of you try this exercise, I would be very happy to hear of your results! If you feel comfortable, please share them with me!

Being calm

After many years of working with energy and energetic situations, one critical thing has come up time and time again – the lack of energetic stability. This occurs when a person has active energetic situations in their heart and soul that obstruct their personal light. Their personal light gets diffused in all different directions and it is impossible to look in and see where the core of any issue is. It is a bit like herding cats or trying to hear someone on Skype when there is interference. Things get missed or misunderstood. It is also perhaps the main reason why any particular client does not make progress as consciously wanted or expected. The person and their conscious selves are willing but the subconscious is not getting the light it needs to feel safe and let you see the core of the issue. Until the subconscious feels safe, anyone doing energy work on this person will just be led on wild goose chases and the core of the issue will remain hidden.

There are people who think that releasing any sort of negative energy will eventually be helpful to the client; however, I have also found that if the subconscious does not feel safe, negative emotions or mental energy can be generated by the energy field of the client on demand and with no reasonable end to it – a protective mechanism used by the subconscious to take attention away from the core of the issue. This results in a lot of work and few if any desired results. Quality rather than quantity is best in energy work. You can also compare it to a person landing in the emergency room after a bad accident. It may be obvious that a person needs surgery – but before surgery is started, it is imperative that the person be stabilized (BP, bleeding, breathing, heart function, etc.) or the doctors will lose control of the situation and the person will probably die on the operating table.

In order to become energetically stable and open to energy work, a person must also be willing to allow themselves to become calm. In this context, calm is the process of releasing what could be described as static from any particular part of a person’s energy field and being. This could be anything, for example, the heart, the mind, the soul, the brain, the nervous system, any organ or gland, any part of the body or soul as well as situations in which the person is energetically involved. To become calm, all that is necessary is to either use intent (hand chakra, magnet, etc.) or prayer to support the part or situation in releasing static. This makes it easier for the part or situation to balance out or be supported in becoming balanced. Balance leads to being open to helpful, healing light from both within you or from without. This light is then available to help the person reveal the core of whatever issue they are working on in a safe and thorough environment.

Here is an example of how I would do this:

A client comes to me with a specific problem. I put up shields, ask for conscious and subconscious permission to muscle test them as well as work as proxy for them. Then I ask if the person subconsciously feels fully safe working on the issue. A yes means I continue as normal. A no means that the person is not energetically stable enough to work productively on the issue. Then I test them to see if any part of them needs calming. If I get a yes, I test out what part (heart, mind, soul, brain, etc) and then either use a magnet (usually 10 strokes over the governing meridian) or prayer:

Here is an example of the intent I use in a Christian prayer:

With all love and thankfulness to God, I ask Jesus to fully calm and if necessary balance this person’s ______ and all that it is before God. And that this be done through the Atonement of Jesus Christ. In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Here is an example of a non-religious prayer:

With all love and thankfulness to Pure White Perfect Light, I ask the love and forgiveness of Pure White Perfect Light to fully calm and if necessary balance this person’s ______ and all that it is before Pure White Perfect Light.

I then monitor the progress through muscle testing and when the calming and balancing are 100%, I again ask the person’s subconscious if it now feels fully safe in working on the problem. Most of the time, this is enough unless another problem or issue needs to be cleared up first. I also do periodic checks for feeling safe during heavy sessions where it is obvious that core things are being addressed.

This is also a very useful exercise for practitioners because a non-calm practitioner will not be able to get to the core of problem any better than if the client is not calm.

Let us all now go and calm down! 😀
