Our Full Armor of PWPL affects how we work on others

The way we interact with the different energies in us and around us not only forms the foundation of our perceptions but also of our personal choices. Unless our relationship with both our inside energy and the energy around us is 100% happy and balanced or optimized to the point of pretty much being unaffected by outside influences, we will always be at the mercy and whim of someone else’s configuration. We have all the control we need to allow ourselves to be fully impenetrable or impervious to outside influences once we have full mastery of our inside energy. (Un)fortunately, this can also affect how our energy interacts with the energy of our clients if we are energy workers. If our own personal energy is not fully calmed, our issues can transfer to our clients’ energy, and we may be doing work that is not actually for them without realizing it, which is frustrating for all involved.

Gaining full mastery of our inner energy is always a challenge especially if we just look at ourselves without stepping 100% out of our way. It is important to disassociate ourselves as practitioners from ourselves as clients. Otherwise, we risk missing something due to our blind spots. The way I do this is to stroke a magnet over the governing meridian while intending that I get out of my way 100%. After this, I work on Cassandra rather than myself. I can ask Cassandra to do things that I can’t do like turn around so I can see the back of her field. This lets me work on Cassandra objectively and avoid blind spots.

Once I am working on Cassandra, the best thing to do is an overall analysis of her energy starting with the integrity of her energy type. This can be done using a 0-10 scale with 10 being 100% healthy and happy. If it is not a 10/10, there are several methods using the SCM to work on this. The easiest is using PWPL Reiki but if you don’t have this attunement, using the Basic SCM table is the best tool (http://thesoulcodemethod.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/BasicSoulCodeMethodTable-copyright2016-17Greer.png). First, start the session in prayer to PWPL/God to open the session properly for all involved. Then ask how many issues are involved so that interdependencies can be taken into account. The first round will be a set of steps off the table. After this is done, test the issues to see if they are all 10/10. If they are not, do the next round of steps off the table. Repeat this procedure until all issues are 10/10. When the session is done, pray to PWPL/God to properly close the session for all involved.

Internal energetic integrity is definitely the foundation to being firm enough to not only face the energy around us but also engage with it in a productive way. I call this the Full Armor of Pure White Perfect Light. It protects but at the same time allows us to let our own light out in a way that lifts people up rather than encroaching on their energy regardless of our energy type or theirs. It also allows us to be strong when we come into contact with strong energy that is normally too much for us.

We can configure our personal Full Armor of Pure White Perfect Light using the same tools that we used for working on the integrity of our inner energy. Again it is best to disassociate ourselves as practitioners from ourselves as clients.

Once I am working on Cassandra, the best thing to do is an overall analysis of the parameters of her Full Armor of PWPL in relation to her energy type. There are three areas to look at here: the Heart, the Soul and the Core. These can be checked using a 0-10 scale with 10 being 100% healthy and happy. If they are not a 10/10, it is a good idea to work on them as one group or unit so that interdependencies can be automatically addressed. There are several methods using the SCM to work on this. The easiest is using PWPL Reiki but if you don’t have this attunement, using the Basic SCM table is the best tool. First, start the session in prayer to PWPL/God to open the session properly for all involved. The first round will be a set of steps off the table. After this is done, test the issues to see if they are all 10/10. If they are not, do the next round of steps off the table. Repeat this procedure until all issues are 10/10. When the session is done, pray to PWPL/God to properly close the session for all involved.

When you are done working on you as the client or do not have any more capacity to change energetically for the moment, it is time to close the session in prayer.

The Heartwall and Growth

The Heartwall is a collection of trapped emotions clustered together that block light according to Dr. Nelson who wrote “The Emotion Code”. There are always underlying reasons why a heartwall is there. These reasons form a structure on which the trapped emotions stick or form. If there can be a heartwall structure at all, the person’s heart is weak in some way and even if you remove a heartwall and its underlying reasons, it is very possible that something new can damage the heart and trigger a new heartwall to protect it. In some people, the weakness under a heartwall can shift around from place to place, making it very difficult to pin down where the weakness in the heart is and resolve it.

In order for a person to be permanently relieved of their heartwall, the underlying area of the heart needs to be strong enough to withstand the pressures and trauma of life. For many, this requires something more than simply removing the heartwall and its underlying reasons for being there. There needs to be growth as well. However, growth is not possible if the area is not totally healed. This is where the Soul Code Method can help out.

The Soul Code Method is not just about helping a person heal aspects of their heart and life but it is also about helping a person grow and develop in those areas that were previously weak. Growth is a key concept in a stable life. Without growth, we tend to get caught in ruts and relive the same issues over and over again (even when we think we have them all resolved!) – until we learn what we need to learn and change things. The Soul Code Method is about positive change.

Roles and Our Authentic Self

We all play different roles in our lives – daughter, son, sister, brother, mother, father, wife, husband, extended family member, friend, helper, healer, worker, employer, artist, musician, scientist, inventor, entrepreneur, philanthropist – the list goes on and on. We are not always totally prepared for each role and often have to learn how to slip into it. When we are our true authentic selves, our true roles in life are an extension of who we really are and we learn to be flexible with our energetic field to accommodate the needs of those roles. True roles in our lives and energy field always bring us forward due to the service to ourselves and to others we provide in those roles. They are truly a part of us, a part of our field and essence and our path and purpose in life. We should always be working on strengthening these roles and putting them out into the world to support others on their own paths. There is _always_ full and direct light available to these roles.

That being said, there are other roles we play in this life that do not bring us or anyone else forward. Some people have a tendency to create energetic configurations in their field that are essentially coping mechanisms because their true roles don’t know how to deal with certain situations. These configurations act a bit like masks and make it difficult for light from the outside to get into a person’s field properly and also keep a person from seeing the world properly when that role configuration is active. These types of roles include being the “victim” role, the “savior” role, the “wounded healer” role, the “nobody understands me” role, the “know-it-all” role, the “not worth being loved” role, the “I have to do it all myself” role, the “I am better than you are” role, the “invalid” role – the list goes on and on. Any role that does not bring you or another being forward and closer to pure white perfect light is not a true rule but a false one. The light is _always_ skewed by these roles.

False roles are not our roles even if we created them (usually out of desperation) or we accepted them unknowingly or they were forced on us through circumstance. We do not need to own them and we certainly do not need to create our identity around them. For many, it is hard to separate themselves but it is totally worth it! We are Children of God and God did not intend for us to live false roles but rather to magnify our true roles in our authentic selves!

What do we do about the false roles in our field? Most people are already working on resolving them using whatever means they have learned. However, some people have more complicated or complex fields than others, for example, the Mixed Energy Type but any energy type may have a problem with false roles depending on previous life experiences. The best way I have found so far is actually to not focus directly on the false roles but to strengthen the authentic self and its true roles. Any modality should be able to do this. Here are some examples:

To strengthen the authentic self and its roles with the Soul Code Method:

Use the SCM Basic Table:
SCM Basic Chart

Your intent is to perfectly strengthen your authentic self in all its roles.

Test how many steps from the chart you need. Look at the chart and determine the first step. Your intent here is to not ‘do’ the step but to ‘have it done’ by pure white perfect light. When the step has been done, you will be able to go to the next step. Please note: you do _not_need to know any more information about any step (e.g., who is involved, when, how, inherited, etc.). These steps are designed to be as non-triggering as possible. When all the steps are done, you can test how far the support of your authentic self has gotten and whether you need to do this process again and when the next best time is. This will help make you stronger than your false roles!

Using the Emotion Code and the Body Code:

Test on a scale of 1-10 how strong your authentic self is in its roles. If it is not 10, test for the steps on the Emotion Code chart or in the Body Code and work to get that number to 10.

Using EFT:

Test on a scale of 1-10 how strong your authentic self is in its roles. If it is not 10, do the following setup on the karate chop point and tap as many rounds as needed:

Even though my authentic self is not perfectly strong in its roles, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

Tapping on this topic, may bring up other issues that need to be tapped on before making continued progress.

Using Reiki on yourself:

Focus your hand positions on the chakras that you feel or intuit need it the most for strengthening your authentic self on all its roles. If you are a Reiki Master, I would definitely include the Master symbol.

If you have suggestions on how to do this for other modalities, please let me know and I will add them to the list!

Heartwalls That Won’t Stay Away

The Emotion Code and the Body Code developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson are currently popular energy work modalities. Once you get the hang of muscle testing, these modalities are very easy to use and many have benefited greatly from them. One of the issues that these modalities focus on is the concept of the Heartwall. A heartwall is a collection of trapped negative emotions that are held together with limiting beliefs and kept in place by disconnections between the person’s heart and their true personal light or essence. This wall is meant to protect the heart but what it really does is keep the person’s light from getting out into the world and keeps other sources of true light from getting into the person’s heart and essence. In the short term, a heartwall can be very helpful if not critical during times of trauma that are greater than the capacity of the heart to endure them. But once the need for a heartwall has past, the heart should be able to let it go and resume proper light flow. But unfortunately this is not always the case. In fact, most people who develop a heartwall need help at some point to release its components and let the light flow. And some of those people never seem to be able to live a heartwall free life despite all the work they put into resolving the underlying issues that produce a heartwall.

So finally after practicing the Emotion Code (certified) and the Body Code since 2009 and researching heartwalls especially, I’ve discovered that if a heartwall keeps ‘coming back’, this indicates a specific type of heart trouble. At least one piece of the heart contains so little light (if any) that the heart does not recognize it as a part of itself. This lack of light is due to trauma of some sort. Without light there is little or no awareness of anything. This is why a piece missing doesn’t come up with normal muscle testing or intuition. However, the symptoms are there and obvious and no matter what muscle testing says, if your life appears to be blocked, it probably is. If your life is blocked, heart work is on your list.

Now what to do about it. I personally think any modality can deal with this issue and help missing pieces get enough light so they are recognized by the heart as pieces of itself. It is critical that this is done because every single part of the heart is needed for your life. Your heart is a vessel which holds and distributes your light and the light it receives from outside. If a part is not working right, the light distributed will not be 100% direct, to the point and fulfilling its purpose. It is in these parts that don’t have much if any light that the underlying reasons for the reoccurring heartwall reside.

If you practice Emotion Code/Body Code, one approach is to simply test for trapped emotions that keep you from being aware of pieces of yourself. This only works for some. For others, limiting beliefs that keep the awareness of these pieces suppressed need to be addressed and removed. Still for others, limiting beliefs as well as spirit-body connections need to be made. Not everyone is the same in this area.

If you used other modalities, focus your intention when using them as above: Find and release the trapped emotional energy keeping you from being aware of any piece of yourself, and if necessary, identify and release the limiting beliefs involved as well as make sure the proper connections between your light and your heart are repaired and functioning well. I am sure you have the tools do this!

And of course, if you need extra support and help with this issue, the Soul Code Method has been designed
to take into account all the energies, structures and disconnects that may be involved in finding and working with these pieces of yourself. Visit the Services page for scheduling and prices. If you have any questions, send me a message!

Love is Many Splendored Thing

Love is the basis of everything that is good. When love is removed or corrupted, bad ensues. But what is love? People have been trying to give an answer to that question for millennia. In the end, the answer is different for everyone and in every situation. Love is like chi or life force. It is made up of certain types of light as chi is made up of a combination of the five elements. But unlike chi, love is something that you can give freely all you want and never run out of even if you have no more chi. Love comes through our heart from the essence of our spirit yet blocks in our heart and soul can dilute or misdirect our love to the point of it being useless. Blocks can also keep the love of others including God from entering your heart and supporting and blessing you. When these blocks are removed, the light of one’s love flows unimpeded through structures of intelligence that allow this love or light to work as intended and desired. But it takes two to tango – while you may send your love unimpeded, whether a person, situation or event receives that light of you love as intended depends greatly on the other end.

As mentioned previously, love is composed of different types of light, different frequencies of light for those who look at it that way. Each of us has a certain capacity for certain kinds of light in our essence, the core of our spirit and soul. Although we are born with a certain capacity, nothing can stop us from acquiring the ability to allow other types of light to shine through our essence into the outside world and to increase the range of our love. The greater the range of our love, the more we can affect others and the world. Our light can move mountains in the grand scale of things if it is unimpeded and properly channelled. In this sense, love is a bridled horse and not a black box with unknown and ununderstood contents.

Receiving love from another in a way that is beneficial is easy feat. It requires being able to open your heart and move any blocks aside in order for the light to flow unimpeded into your own essence. It also fully requires you allow all frequencies of light making up that love into your essence even if you personally do not have all those frequencies in your own light. Just because you don’t have a frequency does not mean you cannot receive if it has been sent directly because light knows light and all frequencies of light are compatible with each other. Anything that tells you otherwise does not understand light or its composition. Thoughts, ideas and expectations make us think that we are not compatible with all types of light including those that make up the love of a particular person. These thoughts, ideas and expectations are themselves not full of light and therefore lead us away from sources of light that could build us up. We must be careful not to get caught in traps like this or lead others into such traps. We are here on this earth to build each other up, not to block the love people send to each other. We can all love people who don’t seem to be like us as well as allow those same people to love us.

Thoughts, ideas and expectations keep us from light as well as keep our light blocked. Why is this? Thoughts, ideas and expectations are structures of intelligence yet they can block the light. The reason this can happen is that when we create any kind of thought or idea or have expectations that are not based on direct light, these structures cannot conduct direct light basically by definition. You cannot get around this. Such structures must be removed. Only structures created by direct light can conduct direct light. This means that we must be extremely careful with our thoughts and the exposure we have to the thoughts of others. This does not mean we cannot listen to others who are expressing thoughts that are obviously not structured by direct light. But we must ensure that we are strong enough to tell the difference and not be influenced by thoughts, ideas, expectations not created by direct light or even by the lack of light. This is why it is very important to weed out those unhelpful structures in our own selves as quickly and judiciously as possible even if we feel urgency to help others first. Put your oxygen mask on first!

Soul Blocks and Our Essence

We all have aspects of ourselves that we are not yet aware of. We have so many talents and gifts that we have yet to discover. Our essence is the core of all of these. When our essence is not fully uncovered or accessible, our gifts and talents remain undiscovered or underdeveloped or unnoticed. If we want to increase our gifts and talents, it is important to not only open our heart but our soul as well to the point that our essence shines brightly. Working on our connections between our soul and our truth as our part of the truth of PWPL.

How does one do this? The first step is of course getting in touch with your essence. Your essence is at your very core. It s a part of your spirit body which is the pattern your physical body operates on. When there are blocks between your essence and your spirit body or between your spirit body and your physical body, your essence cannot become a part of your life to its full extent. You won’t be able to identify the gifts in your essence or in your physical body if you have any soul blocks. Releasing negative energy on top of those soul blocks will not help uncover your gifts. Only resolving soul blocks will let your light through!

Move your essence closer to your life by allowing PWPL to clear and heal your soul of all soul blocks by first opening your heart and soul and then your core. The Core Session is the easiest way to do this once your heart is 100% open and healed and fully functional and your soul is as well. If you don’t have access to someone who can help you do a Core Session, pray to have this Core Session done for you. It may take several prayers for a core level to be healed. Unfortunately, there are many people with trauma that have difficulties accessing not only their essence but their core, as well. It may take a while and much work and focus and introspection, but it is worth it! However, if you use the Soul Code Method, the core blocks can be found quickly and your conscious mind can make informed decisions on how to change according to your ability to choose and develop.

The Value of Openness in Healing

Over the years of working with people and helping them progress past the point where they were, I’ve seen lots of interesting situations. The most interesting type has been doing everything ‘right’ for a person but seeing absolutely no change in them. I call this interesting because I love puzzles and these situations are true puzzles. This isn’t to say I have not been frustrated and disappointed and those clients either. But there is always a reason why someone does not change for the better even when they are consciously desperate to do so even at the point of death. It all has to do with openness. To change, we have to be open to it – in all ways necessary. Unfortunately, not everyone knows how to be absolutely open to change even when it is in their best interest and highest good.

The next question is, of course, if a person is not changing – how do they move to changing mode? Of the many ways, I want to focus on using the Soul Code Method to assist someone into change for the better mode. This also assumes the person has had a Heart Session at some level.

First, open a session properly through prayer. Then, ask your heart if you are absolutely open to change for the positive. If you get a ‘no’ or no answer, that pretty much means you are not absolutely open to positive change. To switch this, at least temporarily, put your hands on your heart and absolutely desire to want to change. Do this until your heart gives a ‘yes’ to your question of whether you absolutely open to change for the positive. If you want this to be a permanent state, give your heart to Pure White Perfect Light/God in prayer. This will let it be a part of your true absolute relationship with Pure White Perfect Light/God. After this, work on yourself and see if positive change occurs in your best interest and highest good.

If you do the exercise above and still cannot get a ‘yes’ from your heart about being absolutely open to change for the positive, it is possible that there are some inherited aspects to how your heart opens. If this is so, again pray to open a session properly and again this assumes you have had some level of Heart Session. Ask that all ancestors involved be present with their hearts. Ask all your ancestors to put their hands on their hearts and, along with you. absolutely desire to want to change for the positive. Those who have already passed on will most likely be especially appreciative of this. Once everyone gets a ‘yes’ to their desire to change positively, pray that all involved be helped to give their hearts to God. Once this is done, then ask your own heart if it is now absolutely open to change for the positive in your best interest and highest good.

If you have not had a Heart Session, you can still try this exercise on yourself. The results may take longer or require dealing with certain aspects of forgiveness that you hadn’t realized were there. Of course, it is totally worth it to deal with these aspects and get them resolved but it may not be the best point in time to do it.

If any of you try this exercise, I would be very happy to hear of your results! If you feel comfortable, please share them with me!

Hardness of Heart vs Heart Wall

In various places in holy writings, hardness of heart is mentioned (e.g., the Pharaoh not wanting to let the Children of Israel leave Egypt). There are those who assume that this means that a person has a heart wall (a concept introduced in the Emotion Code by Dr. Bradley Nelson). I have found that hardness of heart is something different than a heart wall in several main aspects.

1) A heart wall is outside of the heart; hardness of heart is incorporated into the structure of the heart.

2) A heart wall is primarily constructed of unresolved trapped emotions; hardness of heart is constructed of mental energy that is not of light and which is used to reinforce the heart.

3) Heart wall components are used to cover up damaged, severed or missing connections between the spirit and body. These connection problems keep true light from flowing as it should; hardness of heart is an attempt to strengthen weaknesses in a person’s ability to be properly connected and allow true light to flow as it should.
***Please notice the difference here: the former refers to problems in a system; the latter to a problematic system. You can have a system that is healthy and all it needs is clearing and balancing, or you can have a system that is simply weak even when it is cleared and balanced.

Non-light mental energy can be from self, inherited, forced on, absorbed from others, preconceptual. In this respect, the mechanics of how non-light mental energy comes into the body are not much different than with negative emotional energy such as trapped emotions. However, non-light mental energy is not comparable to negative emotional energy which can simply be cleared when it is fully unattached. Non-light mental energy is more like the structural aspects of computer programming while trapped emotional energy is like the content the programming generates and moves around. Without programming and the definitions it specifies, content information is useless and meaningless. You would never be able to know “love” or what people meant by it if you did not have the programming to let yourself understand and relate – you would have no relation to it. People can send you “love” energy but if you do not have the programming to accept and allow it into your heart and existence, not only do you not feel this “love”, it doesn’t get in you. If it doesn’t get in you, it cannot become part of your essence and help you heal and connect. The goal of this existence is to connect in all healthy ways possible but we need the programming made of light to do it.

The next question is how do you resolve a system weakness? The answer is: _you_ don’t. A system weakness needs to be resolved by the system designer then only the system designer knows what is necessary to resolve a weakness in the system. The designer I am referring to is the Divine/Source/the Creator/God/Pure White Perfect Light. Those that are designed by definition do not have the complete awareness and skill necessary to fix a running system, so to speak. But the Designer does. Why would the Designer design something with weaknesses? To allow resources to go to another part of the system first so that part can learn (true intelligence is all about learning and accumulating light). Once the system has learned what it needs to learn from the experience, the weakness can be resolved or reconfigured as the case may be in this metaphor.

Obviously we are the designed and we have weaknesses, at times inherit in our design. Humans are designed with weaknesses for a purpose – to learn and grow and serve ourselves and the Designer. This implies the need for trust. When we discover we have a weakness in any part of our system, we need to let our Designer take care of it rather than trying to take care of it ourselves – we simply cannot do a good job at this – this is why we can develop ‘hardness of heart’ – our imperfect attempt to strengthen our weakness. The only true way of resolving a weakness is by asking our Creator to show us our weakness (one at a time is probably better) so that we can become humble about this weakness. Here ‘humble’ means completely open to all the information necessary to know (including subconsciously) about this weakness so we can let it go fully. When we let it go fully, our Creator can reconfigure us so that the light that was not able to flow previously due to the weakness can now flow properly. This means the weakness is no longer and there is a strength there instead. When we acknowledge this new strength before our Creator and ask that it be sufficient for our life and existence (which includes all of the good influence we have in the world – for example, as practitioners), our new strength becomes stronger and we are fortified. Letting this new light into our essences is how we learn and grow and expand in understanding and ability to take action.
