Principle of Stability, Grounding, Centering and Openness

Before a person can work with someone energetically or be worked with in the most effective way possible, they need to be energetically stable, grounded, centered and open. This means that the energy body is calm and not in a state of flux and welcomes change in their best interest and highest good. The practitioner especially must be all these things because instability, ungroundedness, etc. will make it incredibly difficult if not impossible to correctly assess a client’s energetic situation. They must also be open to the possible ways the client could need help. The first best step in being the most effective practitioner is to have achieved the number of Heart Sessions they need for this as well as an initial Stability and Openness Session (which is a Procedure done for yourself while getting ready for a session with a client).

If the client is energetically unstable or is closed to change in their best interest and highest good, the practitioner will not be able to properly assess the client’s energetic body or determine the best course of action beyond the current session or procedure. The first best goal for the client should be to help them achieve the best Heart Session possible at the time as then the Permanent Stability and Openness Session which could be possible in the same sitting but may need to be done in a further sitting.

Please note that the Practitioner Ball of PWPL allows you to be both Practitioner and your own Client at the same time. You may need to do stability, grounding, centering and openness work on yourself for the Practitioner aspect of you _and_ the client aspect of yourself or let your trainer work on you and all your roles.

Unless a Procedure is indicated, simply use the basic chart to have the steps required done to stabilize, ground, center and open the client. Most likely and especially the first time, each of these settings may need to be done separately.

The name of the Procedure is as follows:

Permanent Stability, Grounding, Centeredness and Openness Procedure

Summary:
— A Practitioner needs to be energetically stable, grounded, centered and open to the work to be most effectively.
— The client also needs to be energetically stable, grounded, centered and open to the work to change most effectively.
–The SCM Practitioner can be both Practitioner and Client at the same time.
— The easiest way to help a person become energetically stable, grounded, centered and open is the use the SCM Basic Table or the corresponding Procedure.
