Connecting to the Intuition of Your Path

We are all fully able to do something in our lives that moves us forward and contributes to not only living the life we want to lead, but also to healing those things that are inhibiting some part of life. If something is inspiring you to make a change somewhere in your life, allow yourself to write down the message using your words to describe the sensation and feelings or pictures in your mind. Being able to write down messages from any part of you is a skill that will facilitate clarity where it may be hard to see consciously.

Emotional turmoil can get in the way of clear thinking and fuzzy up how you see your path and how to travel it. If you have a dedicated line from your path to your hands, you will be able to get the information you need despite emotional interference.

If you would like to create a dedicated line between your path and your hands, you can use the SCM Basic Table to do the steps. Once you have this dedicated line, ask yourself what your path has to say to you right now. This message is there to help you direct your life as well as feel confident in your life.

If you are familiar with the Basic Soul Code Method Table, you can use it to create a dedicated line to your path and any of its messages for your life. This dedicated line is by definition permanent so you will only need to do this once.

The Heartwall and Growth

The Heartwall is a collection of trapped emotions clustered together that block light according to Dr. Nelson who wrote “The Emotion Code”. There are always underlying reasons why a heartwall is there. These reasons form a structure on which the trapped emotions stick or form. If there can be a heartwall structure at all, the person’s heart is weak in some way and even if you remove a heartwall and its underlying reasons, it is very possible that something new can damage the heart and trigger a new heartwall to protect it. In some people, the weakness under a heartwall can shift around from place to place, making it very difficult to pin down where the weakness in the heart is and resolve it.

In order for a person to be permanently relieved of their heartwall, the underlying area of the heart needs to be strong enough to withstand the pressures and trauma of life. For many, this requires something more than simply removing the heartwall and its underlying reasons for being there. There needs to be growth as well. However, growth is not possible if the area is not totally healed. This is where the Soul Code Method can help out.

The Soul Code Method is not just about helping a person heal aspects of their heart and life but it is also about helping a person grow and develop in those areas that were previously weak. Growth is a key concept in a stable life. Without growth, we tend to get caught in ruts and relive the same issues over and over again (even when we think we have them all resolved!) – until we learn what we need to learn and change things. The Soul Code Method is about positive change.

Roles and Our Authentic Self

We all play different roles in our lives – daughter, son, sister, brother, mother, father, wife, husband, extended family member, friend, helper, healer, worker, employer, artist, musician, scientist, inventor, entrepreneur, philanthropist – the list goes on and on. We are not always totally prepared for each role and often have to learn how to slip into it. When we are our true authentic selves, our true roles in life are an extension of who we really are and we learn to be flexible with our energetic field to accommodate the needs of those roles. True roles in our lives and energy field always bring us forward due to the service to ourselves and to others we provide in those roles. They are truly a part of us, a part of our field and essence and our path and purpose in life. We should always be working on strengthening these roles and putting them out into the world to support others on their own paths. There is _always_ full and direct light available to these roles.

That being said, there are other roles we play in this life that do not bring us or anyone else forward. Some people have a tendency to create energetic configurations in their field that are essentially coping mechanisms because their true roles don’t know how to deal with certain situations. These configurations act a bit like masks and make it difficult for light from the outside to get into a person’s field properly and also keep a person from seeing the world properly when that role configuration is active. These types of roles include being the “victim” role, the “savior” role, the “wounded healer” role, the “nobody understands me” role, the “know-it-all” role, the “not worth being loved” role, the “I have to do it all myself” role, the “I am better than you are” role, the “invalid” role – the list goes on and on. Any role that does not bring you or another being forward and closer to pure white perfect light is not a true rule but a false one. The light is _always_ skewed by these roles.

False roles are not our roles even if we created them (usually out of desperation) or we accepted them unknowingly or they were forced on us through circumstance. We do not need to own them and we certainly do not need to create our identity around them. For many, it is hard to separate themselves but it is totally worth it! We are Children of God and God did not intend for us to live false roles but rather to magnify our true roles in our authentic selves!

What do we do about the false roles in our field? Most people are already working on resolving them using whatever means they have learned. However, some people have more complicated or complex fields than others, for example, the Mixed Energy Type but any energy type may have a problem with false roles depending on previous life experiences. The best way I have found so far is actually to not focus directly on the false roles but to strengthen the authentic self and its true roles. Any modality should be able to do this. Here are some examples:

To strengthen the authentic self and its roles with the Soul Code Method:

Use the SCM Basic Table:
SCM Basic Chart

Your intent is to perfectly strengthen your authentic self in all its roles.

Test how many steps from the chart you need. Look at the chart and determine the first step. Your intent here is to not ‘do’ the step but to ‘have it done’ by pure white perfect light. When the step has been done, you will be able to go to the next step. Please note: you do _not_need to know any more information about any step (e.g., who is involved, when, how, inherited, etc.). These steps are designed to be as non-triggering as possible. When all the steps are done, you can test how far the support of your authentic self has gotten and whether you need to do this process again and when the next best time is. This will help make you stronger than your false roles!

Using the Emotion Code and the Body Code:

Test on a scale of 1-10 how strong your authentic self is in its roles. If it is not 10, test for the steps on the Emotion Code chart or in the Body Code and work to get that number to 10.

Using EFT:

Test on a scale of 1-10 how strong your authentic self is in its roles. If it is not 10, do the following setup on the karate chop point and tap as many rounds as needed:

Even though my authentic self is not perfectly strong in its roles, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

Tapping on this topic, may bring up other issues that need to be tapped on before making continued progress.

Using Reiki on yourself:

Focus your hand positions on the chakras that you feel or intuit need it the most for strengthening your authentic self on all its roles. If you are a Reiki Master, I would definitely include the Master symbol.

If you have suggestions on how to do this for other modalities, please let me know and I will add them to the list!

Heartwalls That Won’t Stay Away

The Emotion Code and the Body Code developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson are currently popular energy work modalities. Once you get the hang of muscle testing, these modalities are very easy to use and many have benefited greatly from them. One of the issues that these modalities focus on is the concept of the Heartwall. A heartwall is a collection of trapped negative emotions that are held together with limiting beliefs and kept in place by disconnections between the person’s heart and their true personal light or essence. This wall is meant to protect the heart but what it really does is keep the person’s light from getting out into the world and keeps other sources of true light from getting into the person’s heart and essence. In the short term, a heartwall can be very helpful if not critical during times of trauma that are greater than the capacity of the heart to endure them. But once the need for a heartwall has past, the heart should be able to let it go and resume proper light flow. But unfortunately this is not always the case. In fact, most people who develop a heartwall need help at some point to release its components and let the light flow. And some of those people never seem to be able to live a heartwall free life despite all the work they put into resolving the underlying issues that produce a heartwall.

So finally after practicing the Emotion Code (certified) and the Body Code since 2009 and researching heartwalls especially, I’ve discovered that if a heartwall keeps ‘coming back’, this indicates a specific type of heart trouble. At least one piece of the heart contains so little light (if any) that the heart does not recognize it as a part of itself. This lack of light is due to trauma of some sort. Without light there is little or no awareness of anything. This is why a piece missing doesn’t come up with normal muscle testing or intuition. However, the symptoms are there and obvious and no matter what muscle testing says, if your life appears to be blocked, it probably is. If your life is blocked, heart work is on your list.

Now what to do about it. I personally think any modality can deal with this issue and help missing pieces get enough light so they are recognized by the heart as pieces of itself. It is critical that this is done because every single part of the heart is needed for your life. Your heart is a vessel which holds and distributes your light and the light it receives from outside. If a part is not working right, the light distributed will not be 100% direct, to the point and fulfilling its purpose. It is in these parts that don’t have much if any light that the underlying reasons for the reoccurring heartwall reside.

If you practice Emotion Code/Body Code, one approach is to simply test for trapped emotions that keep you from being aware of pieces of yourself. This only works for some. For others, limiting beliefs that keep the awareness of these pieces suppressed need to be addressed and removed. Still for others, limiting beliefs as well as spirit-body connections need to be made. Not everyone is the same in this area.

If you used other modalities, focus your intention when using them as above: Find and release the trapped emotional energy keeping you from being aware of any piece of yourself, and if necessary, identify and release the limiting beliefs involved as well as make sure the proper connections between your light and your heart are repaired and functioning well. I am sure you have the tools do this!

And of course, if you need extra support and help with this issue, the Soul Code Method has been designed
to take into account all the energies, structures and disconnects that may be involved in finding and working with these pieces of yourself. Visit the Services page for scheduling and prices. If you have any questions, send me a message!

Love is Many Splendored Thing

Love is the basis of everything that is good. When love is removed or corrupted, bad ensues. But what is love? People have been trying to give an answer to that question for millennia. In the end, the answer is different for everyone and in every situation. Love is like chi or life force. It is made up of certain types of light as chi is made up of a combination of the five elements. But unlike chi, love is something that you can give freely all you want and never run out of even if you have no more chi. Love comes through our heart from the essence of our spirit yet blocks in our heart and soul can dilute or misdirect our love to the point of it being useless. Blocks can also keep the love of others including God from entering your heart and supporting and blessing you. When these blocks are removed, the light of one’s love flows unimpeded through structures of intelligence that allow this love or light to work as intended and desired. But it takes two to tango – while you may send your love unimpeded, whether a person, situation or event receives that light of you love as intended depends greatly on the other end.

As mentioned previously, love is composed of different types of light, different frequencies of light for those who look at it that way. Each of us has a certain capacity for certain kinds of light in our essence, the core of our spirit and soul. Although we are born with a certain capacity, nothing can stop us from acquiring the ability to allow other types of light to shine through our essence into the outside world and to increase the range of our love. The greater the range of our love, the more we can affect others and the world. Our light can move mountains in the grand scale of things if it is unimpeded and properly channelled. In this sense, love is a bridled horse and not a black box with unknown and ununderstood contents.

Receiving love from another in a way that is beneficial is easy feat. It requires being able to open your heart and move any blocks aside in order for the light to flow unimpeded into your own essence. It also fully requires you allow all frequencies of light making up that love into your essence even if you personally do not have all those frequencies in your own light. Just because you don’t have a frequency does not mean you cannot receive if it has been sent directly because light knows light and all frequencies of light are compatible with each other. Anything that tells you otherwise does not understand light or its composition. Thoughts, ideas and expectations make us think that we are not compatible with all types of light including those that make up the love of a particular person. These thoughts, ideas and expectations are themselves not full of light and therefore lead us away from sources of light that could build us up. We must be careful not to get caught in traps like this or lead others into such traps. We are here on this earth to build each other up, not to block the love people send to each other. We can all love people who don’t seem to be like us as well as allow those same people to love us.

Thoughts, ideas and expectations keep us from light as well as keep our light blocked. Why is this? Thoughts, ideas and expectations are structures of intelligence yet they can block the light. The reason this can happen is that when we create any kind of thought or idea or have expectations that are not based on direct light, these structures cannot conduct direct light basically by definition. You cannot get around this. Such structures must be removed. Only structures created by direct light can conduct direct light. This means that we must be extremely careful with our thoughts and the exposure we have to the thoughts of others. This does not mean we cannot listen to others who are expressing thoughts that are obviously not structured by direct light. But we must ensure that we are strong enough to tell the difference and not be influenced by thoughts, ideas, expectations not created by direct light or even by the lack of light. This is why it is very important to weed out those unhelpful structures in our own selves as quickly and judiciously as possible even if we feel urgency to help others first. Put your oxygen mask on first!
